  • If something isn't right with your order we ask that you get in touch so we can find a resolution.

  • If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item we simply ask you cover the return shipping costs. The product needs to be unused and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order ti let us know. Refunds are processed when the item is delivered back to us.

  • If the product you have ordered is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. This could be a replacement, refund or discount depending on what is most suitable for you.
